Demi Waldron is a cinematographer based in New York City.

Demi grew up in rural South Carolina and practiced fine art and portraiture. She later attended the Savannah College of Art and Design where she honed her skills in lighting and composition behind the camera. Demi is dedicated to honest storytelling and purposeful leadership on set.

Her films have played in festivals around the country including Outfest LA, Sarasota Film Festival, Savannah Film Festival, Athena Film Festival, Bushwick Film Festival, and more. Her work holds numerous accolades including Red Dot Design Awards, College Television Award Nominations, a bronze CLIO award, and two Gold Addy Awards.

She recently completed the short documentary and Vimeo Staff Pick, "CINEMATOGRAPHER," which shares the stories of 6 female cinematographers: Autumn Eakin, Reed Morano, Kate Arizmendi, Allison Anderson, Maria Rusche, and Emoni Aikens.
